Egg curry


Egg Curry

I love to make this as its easy and can go with rice, chappathi or even plain bread. And more over i love egg that any dish that has egg is my favourite. So heres the simple way to make egg curry

4-5 eggs (hard boiled and shell removed)
2 onions chopped
2,3 chillies
ginger(opt)
garlic(opt)
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric pwd
1/4 tsp chilly powder
2tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tomato chopped (opt)
coriander leaves chopped
coconut milk (opt)

Saute onion in a pan adding 2tbsp oil, Once the onion is cooked add ginger, garlic, chillies, tomato and cook for some time. Then add salt and all powders. Saute for 2 minutes and add a cup of water and let it come to a boil. Now if you are using coconut milk add it. If u r using fresh coconut milk it would be better to add it at the end. I use canned one so i add it before i add eggs. Now cut the boiled eggs in half and put in the pan and cook for 4-5 more minutes and off the stove. There u have a tasty egg curry.
