Egg Roast


Egg Roast

This is another of my favourites. Done in minutes and grt to taste. Can have it with chapathi, rice or just bread.

2 eggs (as u want)
1 onion
salt as reqd
1/4tsp turmeric pwd
1/4 tsp chilly pwd
1/4 tsp corainder pwd
1/4 tsp garam masala (can substitute with chicken masala)
1/2 tomato diced (opt)
Boil the eggs and remove the shell and cut in half
Saute onion in a pan till they r brown. Add all the powders and saute for 2 minutes. add a little water just to make a little gravy . Now add the egg pieces and stir for some time to get the egg pieces coated with the gravy.
